When Did Toyota Get Android Auto?
Most Toyotas received Android Auto integration in 2020 or 2021, although those Toyota models had Apple CarPlay earlier.

#1 Toyota Corolla & Corolla Hybrid
Integrated Android Auto has been standard in Toyota Corolla models since 2021.
2020 and older Toyota Corollas did not have Android Auto.
Toyota Corolla Hybrids’ infotainment system started supporting Android Auto since 2021.
#2 Toyota Yaris
The Japanese carmaker only added Android Auto integration to the Toyota Yaris in 2020, the subcompact’s final model year.
2019 and earlier Toyota Yaris did not have Android Auto.
#3 Toyota Aygo
Newer Toyota Aygos from 2022 onwards have Android Auto, while older models don’t.
#4 Toyota Camry & Toyota Camry Hybrid
Since 2019, all Toyota Camrys have included standard Android Auto smartphone integration.
Pre-2019 Toyota Camry models did not have Android Auto.
Android Auto connectivity has been standard in the Toyota Camry Hybrid from 2020 onwards.
#5 Toyota Avalon & Avalon Hybrid
2021 and 2022 Toyota Avalon models support Android Auto smartphone integration.
2020 and older Avalons did not have Android Auto.

Although it debuted in 2020, Toyota Supra only started having Android Auto integration in 2021.

As a replacement for the old Toyota 86, the Toyota GR86 sports coupe has had Android Auto integration since its 2022 introduction.
Toyota SUVs with Android Auto
#10 Toyota C-HR
Toyota C-HR subcompact crossovers from 2020 onwards can connect to the available Android Auto via smartphones.
The 2018 and 2019 Toyota C-HR are the only models without Android Auto integration.
#11 Toyota Corolla Cross
Toyota Corolla Cross, the compact SUV version of the ultra-popular sedan, has had Android Auto as a standard offering since 2022.
#12 Toyota RAV4, RAV4 Hybrid & RAV4 Prime
2020 and newer Toyota RAV4 compact SUVs have Android Auto integration as standard.
Toyota RAV4 models made in 2019 and older did not have Android Auto.
The RAV4 Hybrid mirrors the gasoline-only model by having Android Auto as standard since 2020.
When the Toyota RAV4 Prime plug-in hybrid debuted in 2021, the Japanese automaker offered Android Auto as a standard provision, which has remained since then.
#13 Toyota Venza
All latest-generation Toyota Venza midsize SUVs (2021 and onwards) have wireless Android Auto.
#14 Toyota Highlander & Highlander Hybrid
Midsize three-row Toyota Highlanders did not have Android Auto integration until 2020, and it has become a standard provision since.
2019 and older Toyota Highlanders did not have Android Auto connectivity.
Like the regular model, the Toyota Highlander Hybrid has had Android Auto from 2020 onwards.
#15 Toyota 4Runner
2020 saw Android Auto smartphone integration become a standard provision in the midsize two-row Toyota 4Runner.
2019 and older Toyota 4Runner SUVs did not have Android Auto.
#16 Toyota Sequoia
Like most larger SUVs from the dependable automaker, the full-size Toyota Sequoia has had standard Android Auto integration since 2020.
2019 and older Toyota Sequoias did not have Android Auto.
#17 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado
Toyota no longer makes the truck-based Land Cruiser full-size SUV for the US market after 2021.

Toyota introduced Android Auto connectivity in the Tacoma midsize pickup truck in 2020, which has been a standard provision since.
From 2016 (the third gen’s debut) to 2019, no Toyota Tacoma has Android Auto.

2020 and newer Toyota Tundra models have Android Auto integration.
Facelifted second-generation Toyota Tundras from 2014 to 2019 did not have wireless Android Auto integration.
